Mit einer Leistung von 3 GW h\u00e4lt das Land ca. 65 % der globalen Elektrolyse-Kapazit\u00e4t. Als Ma\u00dfnahme setzt z.B. Etwa die H\u00e4lfte der Nachfrage entfiel auf die Ammoniakproduktion, der Rest auf Raffinerien und die Methanol-Produktion. Parallel gelte es, die Nachfrage in Schl\u00fcsselbranchen durch Regulierung und Anreize zu beschleunigen und Infrastrukturhindernisse rasch abzubauen. \u00d6ffentliche Finanzierungsinstrumente sollten laut IEA Risiken neuer Technologien mindern und Investitionen erleichtern.
