Jahrestag der deutschen Wiedervereinigung wurden die letzten zwei deutschen Marktgebiete GASPOOL und NCG zum 1. Oktober 2021 zu einem Markgebiet zusammengelegt. Das neue Marktgebiet Trading Hub Europe (THE) mit dem gleichnamigen Marktgebietsverantwortlichen (MGV) wird dabei einer der liquidesten Gashandelspl\u00e4tze Europas.<\/p><p>PSvdL Consulting unterst\u00fctzt seit Beginn der Konsolidierung verschiedene Partner und Marktrollen bei der erf\u00fcllen, haben die MGV NetConnect Germany und Gaspool Balancing Services mit den 11 deutschen Fernleitungsnetzbetreibern (FNB) 2018 das Projekt \u201emarco\u201c (market area convergence) ins Leben gerufen. Neben der organisatorischen und prozessualen Verschmelzung zu Trading Hub Europe zum 01.06.2021 mussten Prozesse und Vereinbarungen definiert werden, damit der Gastransport auch in Zukunft reibungslos abl\u00e4uft. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PSvdL Consulting hatte dabei das Privileg, auf verschiedenen Ebenen involviert zu sein. Die Berechnungslogik der bisherigen Fahrplanermittlung wird dabei zuk\u00fcnftig durch die Bereitstellung zus\u00e4tzlicher Parameter optimiert. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>Neben einer erh\u00f6hten Attraktivit\u00e4t f\u00fcr die Transportkunden und Bilanzkreisverantwortlichen hat die Marktgebietszusammenlegung f\u00fcr die FNB und MGV komplexe Herausforderungen mit sich gebracht. Um dem Anspruch gerecht zu werden, das Kapazit\u00e4tsangebot m\u00f6glichst beizubehalten, ohne einen kostenaufwendigen Netzausbau durchzuf\u00fchren, wurden Marktbasierte Instrumente (MBI) eingef\u00fchrt.
